My friends and I had an amazing experience staying at Villa Surya. Pau and Pepe were incredibly helpful and arranged all airport transfers and golf cart rentals for us and were happy to make adjustments when things changed. As Americans in Sayulita we felt safe and the town was very fun and charming. Tip for staying in this villa: Opt up to the Polaris golf carts (they can fit 5 people max) to get up the very steep hill, but don't let the hill discourage you because the views and the house more than makeup for it. Thank you so much to Pau and Pepe and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Wonderful Stay. We rented the property in January 2026 for 10 of us visiting for my wife's 40th birthday. Most of us had been to Sayulita before, so we kind of knew what to expect for the area. This house was incredible! Very clean house and a maid cleaned every day, lots of kitchen amenities, very dependable Starlink wifi, and they brought culligan sized water jugs for a charcoal filter water dispenser in the house (it must work great cause no one got sick the whole week).

Dream view, only 10 min from the beach. First of all, the home is immaculate — modern, elegant, clean with all the amenities. The kitchen was stocked, the mattress was that perfect memory foam density, and the showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the wifi was fast. But the view... God lord. Which you can look out at from the warm pool?? I mean, come on. I was only here for a long weekend, but I could have stayed for months. The only downside is the hill that you have to walk up to get such a beautiful view, but it's less than 10 min, and if you're worried about it, just rent a golf cart! This spot is so worth it. It's also close to my favorite cafe (Bonito Cafe), grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants!

Super Comfortable and Incredible View. This 3BR/3BA condo is an amazing modern and clean space to come home to after a day at the beach or meals in town; a perfect oasis walking distance to everything. Soaking in the tub in the morning or at night, (or anytime!) is a delight.

Absolutely perfect! Really incredible home which was perfect for our party of 12; all the rooms felt private and well appointed, and the common area was stunning — the flow of the kitchen to the living room to the pool was great for taking in the beautiful surroundings. We spent a lot of time on the deck and in the pool — was a perfect spot for us. Pepe was super helpful arranging everything — from restaurant reservations, to airport transfers, to booking golf carts (definitely book to golf carts — the house it at the top of a hill, and golf carts are the best way to get from the house to town).

Modern, clean, and tall ceilings! Super great place in Sayulita. We loved how new and spacious it was. Really tall ceilings, great views of everything. My family loved it, though probably not the right place if you had kids under three years old because of the infinity pool.

Amazing place — best view. Such a great stay here. We spent a week in Sayulita, and it felt like we were hovering above the clouds (figuratively) looking down on the town and the beach. Gorgeous views. And the place is really new, so it was immaculate. Short walk to all the restaurants and businesses on the north side of town, and even shorter walk to the beach. Can't say enough about this place.

Amazing house and location — highly recommend! This home was absolutely perfect all around. I chose to stay here because it is less than 5 minutes from the beach on foot. The pool was always a perfect temperature. The kitchen layout was great and included just about anything I needed to cook — the washer and dryer was a bonus! Communication with Larry was clear and prompt. He made sure we had everything we needed. Our house hosts were so kind and greeted us on arrival. They helped us set up a golf cart rental, in-home massage, and an airport transfer. Another bonus — the house steps away from Chaman, the cutest outdoor bar and kitchen. Overall, no complaints and I would stay here again.

Beautiful villa, amazing amenities. This was such a lovely villa to stay in. Very modern and up to date all throughout. Every detail was thought of taken care of before we arrived. There was plenty of purified water available. The property was secured and we felt very safe. The salt water pool was amazing and we took full advantage of it, multiple times a day. This property really made our stay in Sayulita perfect.

Absolutely amazing spot and area in the home is absolutely gorgeous with the private pool being such a delight. We loved every single minute of it, and we also had great recommendations from the owners of where to go to dinner where to go to the beach clubs. They had chairs for us to use the beach and an umbrella and everything was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend this for anybody who wants a lovely quiet stay at the beach but yet can go into town and have fun.

Highly recommended! Pepe was an excellent host, very attentive to our needs and he helped us coordinate a lot for our four families staying at this home. Tania the amazing woman who came to reset the house each day with cleaning and washing laundry was heaven sent! She was even excellent and sweet with all of our babies (we had 5 in total at the house). The views are incredible and the sunsets unmatched up on that hill!

11/10 experience! The place was amazing — literally every room had the best view. Would definitely stay again here in an instant. Pepe was great, he helped coordinate our group's golf carts, a private chef at the house, and was extremely helpful. Tonya the house cleaner was extremely nice and came every morning. Like the reviews said — yes it's on a steep hill side. Golf carts were extremely nice and convenient, definitely would recommend those. However some of our group made the walk up the hill, so it's possible, just prepare yourself for a steep walk. This place was worth every penny!

Amazing stay. Kim's place was beautiful and very comfortable! She was incredibly helpful throughout our trip, provided us with clear instructions and lots of recommendations to get around Sayulita, San Pancho and the surroundings! Her place was also incredibly well equipped; pantry is full of cooking essentials which made cooking and grocery shopping a lot easier. The pool is also a lot of fun! Not too warm, not too cold, and beautifully designed. We traveled with our 5 months old baby, which made safety a priority; the closeness to Kim's own nest and her availability made us feel extra safe and helped us understand our surroundings.

Pau and her team were incredible and the house was gorgeous. They were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process, and made getting to and from the villa a breeze. Once there, we had stocked kitchens ready to use. They had wonderful collaborations with transfer services and Polaris rentals. Our group loved the location and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the stay. Thank you again to the team!

I cannot thank Pau enough for helping make our trip to Sayulita an unforgettable experience. I truly felt at home in this condo and could feel that we were residents of this little surf town. From start to finish, Pau was so helpful, responsive, and even anticipated things we were going to ask. The accommodation is thoughtfully designed and no detail was overlooked. From games and books to fans and beach chairs, we had everything we needed to make our stay so much easier. My friends and I already decided we'd come back and stay here again when we get the chance!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this beautiful condo. From the moment we arrived to our last day in Sayulita, everything was totally normal. For anyone who has been worried about coming after the incidents in Vallarta, I assure you everything is fine and safe! This Airbnb has spectacular views, and the apartment itself is SO beautiful I can't stop raving about it. The rooftop infinity pool is stunning and the apartment is immaculately clean. We will definitely be renting this place again! The hosts, Pau and Pepe, are SO lovely and welcoming, and respond quickly to anything you need. We were sad to leave but are looking forward to our next trip. Definitely book this place, you'll love it!

I can't say enough good things about this magnificent accommodation in Sayulita. We've stayed in countless Airbnb properties and this is among the best. Elegant, comfortable, clean. The location was excellent: walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and beaches, but up on a hill so it was quiet. The pool was pristine. Fully stocked kitchen. I could not have asked for a better home base to explore Sayulita. We felt safe the entire time, from landing in Puerto Vallarta to walking through this vibrant town.

Big and spacious apartment with a UNIQUE view!!!! The bedrooms and bathrooms are well distributed and super spacious. The terrace is beautiful with a view that's worth it!

This is a beautiful place with stunning views. Aby was very responsive and helpful. Everything about our stay here was wonderful. I would love to come back.
