Pacifika Co. is a professional vacation property management company based in Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, Mexico. We manage a curated portfolio of vacation rental properties in Sayulita, San Ignacio, Punta de Mita, San Pancho, and Riviera Nayarit on Mexico's Pacific coast.

3. Nature of the Service

Pacifika Co. acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests seeking vacation rentals. We facilitate inquiries, coordinate reservations, and provide property management services on behalf of the owners.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates and availability are provided on request — we do not process direct online payments through this website.

4. Reservations & Inquiry Process

To make a reservation inquiry:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your preferred dates and property
  • We will confirm availability and provide a quote
  • Once agreed, the property owner or their designated manager will send booking details
  • Payment terms are communicated directly and may vary by property

Pacifika Co. does not currently process credit card payments through this website. All financial transactions are arranged separately between the guest and the property owner or their designated manager.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and are communicated at the time of booking. Standard practices generally include:

  • More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund, minus any processing fees
  • 15–30 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund

Specific property cancellation terms will be provided in your booking confirmation. Please inquire before committing.

6. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are communicated per property at the time of booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

7. Property Use Guidelines

By confirming a reservation, guests agree to:

  • Use the property solely for vacation purposes
  • Respect the property, its contents, and any house rules provided
  • Not host events, parties, or large gatherings without prior written approval
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the property
  • Not smoke inside the property (smoking areas, if any, are outdoor only)
  • Report any damage or issues promptly to our team
  • Leave the property in reasonable condition upon check-out

8. Liability

Pacifika Co. acts as a property manager and facilitator. We are not liable for:

  • Injuries, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings
  • Interruptions in utilities, internet (including Starlink), or services beyond our control
  • Changes to property features or amenities made by property owners
  • Acts of God, weather conditions, or natural events affecting travel plans

Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance for their trip.

9. Property Condition & Photographs

Property photographs on our website are representative of the property's general appearance. Individual results may vary. We make reasonable efforts to keep photographs current, but we cannot guarantee that all images reflect the exact current condition of the property.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Pacifika Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
